Collaboration, Cooperation and Communication

The first policy roundtable in Phase Two of CollaborationNI was held recently at The Long Gallery in Stormont.

The event provided a platform to consider the potential of supply chains as a model of collaboration for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors (VCSE).

Sixty-five attendees from across the VCSE sector, government, and the private sector participated in the symposium and heard from examples of good practice, and not so good practice, in Northern Ireland, and elsewhere, in building effective collaborations which result in improved services and better client outcomes. The symposium was addressed by four leading professionals on both the theory and practical applications of supply chains.

Subsequently, we have produced a short report which captures the key findings from the event.

The report also contains a number of recommendations for the VCSE sector, politicians and government to consider.  The full report may be accessed below.
